Sticky menu color different with the menu that is not sticky

Is there a way to change the color of the sticky menu? (Please see images)

I want to change the color in the sticky menu to just white, but whenever i change the color, the menu that is not sticky is changing also. Any suggestion to do?

which part of sticky header you want to change? Do you mean to change white part to blue/green or what?
