Need to use the theme in Drupal

Hi,

I am planning to use the BeTheme in Drupal. But I was told that I need .info and .theme file so that DRUPAL can recognize as a theme. Can you please help me in getting those files ?

Is it ok if I use Betheme files and convert them inorder to use it for drupal?

I tried to work but it does not work for drupal and I wanted to use it for drupal only. Can I get my money back as I am not able to use the way I should be using.
