disable zoom on a mobile view

How can I “disable” zoom on a mobile view web page ?

i don,t want my visitor in mobile browser to make zoom on to my site please tell me how disable it

Design > BeTheme Options > Responsive > General > Fingerzoom (using german, dont know the correct translation but its the 3 on/off switch from top in V16)

It's Pinch Zoom option under Theme options > Responsive > General section.
