Circle Team Member Pic cut off

When I select circle photo for team member its cuts it half way off

I tried to use larger photo but still does it. Is there specific size that you have to upload to use the circle look?

First one I switched to circle

As we see your image is not square and this is the reason why it does not work. Please upload your images in square format and all will be fine.

Ah... I see 4:3 you mean as opposed to 16:9

Current image 300x169px but should be 300x300px. This is what we mean.
