font, color in actionbar & background of 'call to action'

I use the Blogger2-template and can't find where to change
- the font & color in the actionbar
- the background in "call to action" (the content is under Advanced)

to change colors in Action Bar, it is necessary to use custom css and all details about it you can find on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/409/changing-social-icon-and-action-bar-icon-colors
But to change background color of Footer Call to Action only, please use:
#Footer .footer_action { background: #000 !important; }
