Play Photo Top Right of Website between Action bar and Menu Bar

Here it the image I need placed at the top right.

I am using a local url. 

How do I get that Image to the top right above the menu but below the action bar?

Hi,

the only place where you can put the image is Banner field under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section but to display this banner, you need to use Magazine header type.
