Just to be clear..:-)
IF, we have turned ON Schema Type in Theme panel SEO/ADVANCED
--> The theme can send out Schema Type to 3. part SEO Plugins.
THEN on editing a page we can use builder, and in editor using the "Builder>>SEO", will show builder content in visual and text editor, so the 3. part SEO plugins like YOAST and AIO gets help using this data.
So if this is actually, I have one question:
When editing a page, there is a LAYOUT section, where we can HIDE THE CONTENT ON/OFF in Builder
It seem to me, that this option is then put out of function, is this correct ?

we are not sure if we understand your question. Why "Hide the content" option would be "out of the function"?
