images locked at 1024px

Hello,

in these two pages:

I'm using the Image Gallery from Visual Composer. When I click on the image to open it with prettyPhoto it shows each image ( on both pages) scaled down at a max resolution of 1024px on the bigger side with noticeable loss of quality. I've already set the option "image size" to full but it doesn't have any effect. I'd like to view all the images at their full resolution

p.s. obviously the images were uploaded with a resolution bigger than 1024px

Hey,

as far as we know, this is how VC's gallery supposed to work and there is no option to make popup images larger.

i'm sorry but on the "old" website i'm using visual composer with a different theme and it has no problem showing the image at its native resolution

Maybe on the old website VC version you use is not the original and was modified by theme's author?

it may be, i'm not sure about that.

anyway I solved it by using carousels and grid images from an external plugin and adding custom css
