Smartphone Sub Menu Issues - Page skips back to top

Hi Guys, we're just in the process of testing a few pages on smartphone and we're experiencing some odd browser behaviour. For top level menu items on the responsive menu everything works fine, when we click to view second level (sub menu level) the page is fine until we scroll down, a grey box then appears and the page takes you back up to the top

we fixed this with last update so please update theme and all will be fine
