Where can i find the file for this email so i can edit the content and how it shows up to my customers?

This email will be sent to my customer when they change their email address of their account.

Is there anyway to edit content of the email above like not showing admin emails or anything?

I want to know where this file is located so i can edit it myself.

is this an e-mail sent by WooCommerce? Because as far as we know, we do not have such mail template included into theme files.

No, this is an email sent to a user when he or the admin changes the account's Email address. Then wordpress will inform the user by his old email account that his acc email is changed.

So this has nothing to do with the theme itself and to customize it, you need to probably modify WordPress files. Please take a look at Google for more details about this customization.
