Subheader Spacing Issue on Mobile Devices

Hello! I'm having trouble getting the height of the subheader height & spacing to work correctly on mobile devices. Below is a little video I made to show you the problem. Farther down in this message are links to the page on my site + the sample page on your demo site.

Any advice you can provide would be most helpful... thank you!

Ok, thanks for the explanation. We see you set 200px of fixed top padding for the subheader and that's why it's to tall for mobile. So now, the only way to decrease the top padding on mobile is the following custom css:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    #Subheader { padding-top: 50px !important; }
}

Shoot... it's not working.  :-(  I'll have to do the subheader some other way. Thanks for trying to help!
