How to enlarge the social media button

How do I make the social media button more obvious. Right now it is on the very bottom and very small. How do I make it bigger?
And also, how can I add a popup subscription, so people can sign up for email list when they enter the website. www.medicalterpenes.com

if you mean social icons in footer, you can increase their size with the following css:
#Footer .footer_copy .social li a { font-size: 20px !important; }
