I use a plugin that auto creates pages that are not part of Wordpress > Pages and I can't figure out how to get those pages to default to any of my sidebars.

Hi,

this requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer.

P.S. We suggest to check our custom post types located under /includes/ folder to understand how to include sidebars onto pages.
