Bunch of inline css in header

Hello,

I'm working on some website, and I found that I have bunch of inline css in my header. You can see example here:

http://ppgwebservices.com/ppgws/thank-you-2/

This is small page, with only few images and some text, but if you look at the source of this page, you will see bunch of inline css, most of them with id mfn-dnmc-style-css

This is causing problems with my SEO, since my html to text ratio is very low.

How can I fix this?
