Hover Animation
I just found the following in a file in the betheme directory :
Line 87: .hover-flash,
Line 88: .hover-strobe,
Line 89: .hover-shakeH,
Line 90: .hover-shakeV,
Line 91: .hover-bounce,
Line 92: .hover-tada,
Line 93: .hover-wave,
Line 94: .hover-spinCW,
Line 95: .hover-spinCCW,
Line 96: .hover-slingshotCW,
Line 97: .hover-slingshotCCW,
Line 98: .hover-wobble,
Line 99: .hover-pulse,
Line 100: .hover-pulsate,
Line 101: .hover-heartbeat,

plus a couple hundred more lines of animations
Why are these not available / offered on image / button hovers and more?
I have tried putting them on custom css classes for images and such but it has no effect.

animation effects are available for the items that has Animation drop-down field and can not be used in other places.
