Problems with Stick Header and Sub Menu.

I'm having trouble setting up my submenu. When left selected a bar header option, the main menu bar bar displays smaller height and large size space between the main menu and submenu, when I run the mouse without submenu, it disappears.

I would like to approach the submenu making the menu when using the Stick header. Can you help me? I can send the inbox site link.
