Can You Make Icons Unclickable

Hi,

I am working with icons on this URL page: http://leblanc.group46marketing.com/vital-solutions/ the icons appear to be clickable, is there a way to remove the button like feature so they don't change to blue when you hover over them?

Yes, I have tried to change the color of this to white in settings what it is still present.

Ok, so to remove hover effect from the Icon Box item, you need to use the following css:

.icon_box:hover .icon_wrapper::before, .icon_box a:hover .icon_wrapper::before { 
    background-color: transparent !important; 
}
.icon_box .icon_wrapper, .icon_box a .icon_wrapper, .style-simple .icon_box:hover .icon_wrapper {
    color: #456aa1 !important;
}
.icon_box:hover .icon_wrapper {
    transform: scale(1) !important;
}
