Language switcher added to menu but cannot be used
Hello,
I've added a language switcher (From polylang) to the BE theme social menu bar which is at the top right hand corner of the ref image. However, the switcher cannot show the drop down menu or click to change the webpage at all. Could you please help with that, thanks in advance!

the language switcher you are talking about was made for WPML plugin and because we did never tested it with3rd party Polylang, we don't know what might be the reason of why it doesn't work.
