Transparent Sticky Menu Margin-Top

Hi!

Im trying to achieve the menu used in the BeApp theme. It has a transparent sticky menu with a margin top, but no margin when you scroll down the page and the menu is sticky.

Currently I used; #Top_bar {margin-top: 70px;}, to achieve the margin top but when i scroll down on the page the menu retains its margin-top resulting in this;

Is there a way to make this work and have my menu behave like the BeApp Menu
