Post Excerpts not showing

Hello. I would like to know how can I change my post excerpts. Now they show random lorem ipsum. There should be a checkbox in screen options, but I don't have any.

Hi,

you can change them under Excerpt field of each post. If you don't see such field in the bottom, you need to activate it in the right top corner where Screen Options is.

I know that. The problem is I don't have excerpt field under post field AND in the screen options. I've send you a screenshot in last message. I don't have even one checkbox there.

Sorry, we missed that screenshot. So if you don't have anything under Screen Options, you should look for problem out of the theme because this is default WP functionality. This might be related to 3rd party plugins or even to broken WP installation.

Javascript was not loading. Turning off AdBlock extension for browser (chrome) worked.
