Instagram slider not working

I"m hoping you can
help me with this. The Instagram Revolution slider I placed on this
page, http://meridianpermanentmakeup.com/gallery/, isn't showing the
images from the account.
I"m not quite sure where to enable the stream wrappers in the php.ini files in the editor section. Please advise.
