Padding between layser slider and title

 I have applied this code to my CSS and the padding is still the same betweeen the layer slider and the Heading text.

#content.no-padding, .template-slider #content { padding-top:30px !important; }

The right css should be:

#Content.no-padding, .template-slider #Content {
    padding-top: 30px;
}
