How to Create a Video with Png Overlay Directly overtop

Hi... I intend to create a section for a video. I would like for the video to be placed behind a png image. Is there a way to do this? I have tried using the muffin builder code Item and also the Visual Editor Item but the code is only showing as a block of text. Help Please

we are sorry but to be honest we do not have any workaround to make it possible and we think that it couldn't be possible without files customization.
