Drop down menu on mobile

Hi,

Is it possible to enable drop down menu on mobile devices so that if someone clicks directly on menu item, can see submenu items? Currently users have to click a plus sign to make it work, if they click menu item directly, nothing happens as meniu item url is just # . I hope it make sense what I'm asking? Please check the image the image bellow. I want menu item 'Products' to be clickable. On desktop everything works fine as there is a drop down functionality on hover over, but on mobile it doesn't work that way, that's why I need it to work on click.
