As we can see, you have tons of custom css and also some bugs and that's why the css we gave you above does not work. Please move it on the 1st position of custom css and you will see the difference.
This is not the only difference. The css we marked on the screenshot is different from what we left above. If you will have a look once again, you will see what we mean. Please also notice that the css we gave you above, is the only workaround but there is no way to make split header type fixed position unfortunately.
