How do you remove the "featured image" when viewing on mobile and/or fix the way it looks

How do you remove the "featured image" when viewing on mobile ? Also how do you remove a normal photo when viewing on mobile ? The pictures looks great on the web but look bad when viewing on mobile. The mobile version looks like it "blows up" the photo and you can only see one part of the photo. I added 2 photos, one is of the view on a desktop computer and the other is the mobile view I need to change. if someone can simply tell me how to fix it- that would be great as well.     only one image works but if you send us link to page where you got this header's background, we will see if it is possible to remove it from mobile.

    Just to make sure you understand- the 'featured image' looks good on the web but not on mobile...thats what Im trying to fix. How can it be fixed or removed from the mobile version ?

    Ok, thanks for the complete explanation. The background you are talking about is a css background and such elements are not responsive and never wasn’t. This has completely nothing to do with the theme and it’s a technical problem between css and being responsive.

    There must be a way around it or something I can do. It looks good on a computer but looks like something is wrong/ bad when you view the site on a mobile device. Is there a way to 'shut off' the picture on mobile ? I feel like Im explaining the best way possible but I am sure there must be another way to do this. I cant imagine the answer is simply "a technical problem between css and being responsive."

    Yes, you can disable background images on mobile of course. You can do this under Theme options > Responsive section.
