Duplicating wrap on page deletes content underneath

I have content in a wrap on the home page which I want to duplicate and have it show differently on a mobile view.  I am able to duplicate it and set it all up - however after I reupdate the page it deletes alot of my content that appears under the duplicated wrap.  Why is it doing this???  Is this an error with the theme?
