Menu with fixed line after adding #section on front page

Hello,

I have tried to set the #section for my home page (menu: the first and the last options in the below picture) However, after i added the #section to the link for the menu. The dynamic lines started to stay underneath those 2 sections and never move. Could you please advise what should i do to make it become dynamic again?

Hi,

did you enabled One Page option under Page Options for page which supposed to be one page site?
