Call to Action Button on Primary Menu

I've searched around and didn't really get a clear answer on this, 
so I'm sorry if this has been covered.

Is there a way to add a Call to Action Button next to the responsive menu button?

it depends what kind of header style you use. If you send us link to page where you got this menu, we will see if there is anything we can do to help you with this button.

Ok, thanks. We can see you hidden Top Right Bar under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section. So please turn it on and also set up Action Button.
