Staggering Images

I'd like to stagger two rows of images. The top row having 3 images and the bottom row having 4, as seen on this page:

What's your suggestion as to do this? 

Due to the different number of photos I'm having issue when creating a place holder. Ideally the images would be positioned as this mockup:

Something like a pyramid, minus the top. 

Please let me know the best way to do this.

We understand. Ended up adding another role tile as an excuse to even it out. Always looking for a work around. Thanks for your input!
