How to remove bar, under topmenu, over the header-picture ?

I want to remove the 20px bar under the menu, so that the header photo fills the top under the transparent menubar ?

Ok, thanks. After further checking, we realized its 60px of top bar height and you can remove this space using below custom css:

body.minimalist-header.header-fixed:not(.template-slider) #Header { min-height: 0 !important; }
