Popup Contact Form

We use your popup shortcode to display a Contact Form 7 form. It works great, but when the user clicks "submit" the popup window disappears and then reappears again with the confirmation message at the bottom. 

Is there a way to get it to work with Contact Form 7 better so the window doesn't briefly disappear?
