I need your help and a very important way to solve the problem of content on ipad and mobile..

I check on my mobile http://deveden.com/meschoix/   and if you scroll down on the list of url for example the sentance is cut and ther are no border on the right   

and same problem on ipad it seems that the border right is not working as you can see the title on ipad "
