Paypal Integration error via Paypal

Hello,

The screenshot linked below is a message we are getting when we login to our PayPal account. 

It is indicating that some integration via our website is needing to be updated, however when I login to the Wordpress site I do not see any Paypal plugins needing to be update?

Hi Eric,

we are sorry but we do not understand what exactly this message has to the theme. We do not have any Paypal integration included and probably your 3rd party plugins are responsible for this part only.
