Text erased when re-editing html under "Content" on Helper
I am using the Be Medic template and when I add to the section "treatments" different descriptions of treatments, using the "helpers", as in the demo, when I go to the page and change something on the Muffin Builder (1st image), then press "update", the html I added disappears and just leaves some of the text (2nd image):
It just happens randomly, so it is a nightmare... I add all the texts and all the codes again, and then that one helper is fine, but another one disappears...
I used Firefox and Chrome and in both browsers I get the same bug.

is that happening on all pages or on specific pages only (for example with larger amount of content)?
Thank you for your answer. It is happening on a specific page, with a large amount of content. I read in some other post that it has to do with the server. I did change the php.ini and it is less problematic, but still once in a while, some of the text in the helpers get lost. It would be great if the theme or Wordpress would somehow alert that there is too much text on the page.
this sounds like you are unable to save the content only because of the limits on your server side. More details about that you can read in the following topic:
