Cake theme underline effect - Be Theme

Hello,

This theme is absolutely the best!!! 

I happen to own the Cake theme and there is an effect that I want to migrate to the Be theme. 

How can I incorporate the green underline effect into the be theme? I want to also change the color.

most of elements or effects can't be imported from one theme into another because each theme si different. However we are not sure what you exactly want to do. Please send us url to cake theme where you have this effect and we'll check if this is possible.
