Scroll to ID section reloads the page

Hey MuffinGroup,

First of all, great work with the theme, definitely worth buying!

Second thing - I have a small problem with smooth scrolling to the specific section of my website. I used custom links in menu that uses ID of each section I want to be avaliabe from the menu, but it opens website "once again" instead of doing smooth scrolling to the selected section.

I used ID tags for each section, "One Page" option is switched on. Don't know what else I can do Please help.

EDIT: I found out that it happens when I do some edits in footer.php . Weird but true.
