jQuery Filtering not working

jQuery filtering for my portfolio used to work great.  Not sure when it stopped working, but it no longer works.  I updated to the latest BeTheme version hoping it would fix the issue, but it doesn't.  In the backend administration, I see that the portfolio items are added to the categories and I can get to them via the category when I disable jquery filter from the BeTheme options, but jQuery filter doesn't work when I enable it.

    please disable all your extra plugins, because we suppose that may be the cause.

    I did that before, but only checked the most recent plugin changes since it seemed to be a recent problem.  When I did it this time, I did all plugins and found this plugin is not compatible: Anything Order by PMWP. Just in case others have this problem.
