Background videos not visible

Hi,

I am currently creating a website and checking the your demo templates on different devices . My iPhone or iPad do not load any background video so that a black background is only displayed. 

Are the used video formats compatible with IOS or do I have to change any settings within the BE Options to display the videos.

Hi,

background videos are incompatible with iOS devices and that's the reason why does not display. You can check our demos with background videos and you will see they are not visible as well.
