Where can I get OFF the arrow right top on site, that's open an bar? (picture included)

sice one houer I tried to get OFF the arrow in the right top of the site. The arrow open an bar on top.
I don't found the right place to get it off. The next thing, I dont know the right name of this arrow, so I cant search it in documentation.

it's Sliding Top and it could be easily disabled under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section.
