Only Blank Pages After Activating Templates
Once the theme and child theme is installed, the site works and displays the standards default theme style. The problem happens once I activate a demo template. Activation of any demo template causes the entire site to stop working. This means that all admin WP content returns a blank page and going to the site as a visitor also returns a blank page.

Nothing I do resolves the issue and the only way I can get the site back is to wipe the directory and do a fresh install. Via FTP disabling plugins does nothing; regardless, If I've only activated the 2 required plugins or all plugins, required and suggested.
