Post not showing up

HI - I did a post and set it to "top story" to appear at top of blog. It's been a day and it's still not showing up, even when I refresh and clear cache. Can you help me figure out problem? Thanks!

It should be the top story, but right now top story is still showing "Senior discounts at Towson-area grocers"
