But When I Switch from common Twenty Thirteen Theme to BeTheme its become unsecured. Why its so and how can i solve this issue?

Hi,

the images paths should change automatically to https:// when you changed general link. If you will check theme-functions.php file, you will see that we have a function to change those paths. However, if somehow didn't changed, you need to use Mfn CB Migration Tool.

I check The images - they have correct links https:// + I use  Mfn CB Migration Tool . But it's still don't Secured.  The Link is https:// , but its not Green  and without Lock
