Delete current demo and replace with new theme

How do I delete the current demo that's installed and replace it with a new one?

When I tried to just upload a ned demo, it combined the both to create a messy looking site. 

This is a combination of Agency and Plumbing. http://demo.rankmediaplus.com/

In this case you must or clear whole database or remove everything from different sections in dashboard manually.
