action bar not showing on mobile

I am using modern header style and action bar above, like http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/

The action bar ( above the menu with tel, email and social) does not show on mobile view, its shows on all other view but not mobile.

the other issue is using the classic header the action bar goes transparent - can i make this solid what css should i target?

Hi 

Sure although the site is still in development,  with the live domain dns pointing to an external server  so it's unreachable currently unless using the host file lookup to the test server.

Please add this entry to your host file to view

As we can see, you set Header Mobile Mini. Did you saw under theme appearance how this header type looks like? The minimal means it does not contain any other stuff so if you want to display Action Bar on mobile, please choose another header style.

But to make the Action Bar solid background, you need to use custom css:

#Action_bar { background: #000 !important; }

Thanks for your reply,I'm a little confused,   Are you saying to display action bar on mobile i can't use modern header type or I need to adjust the minimist options.  I have tried all 3 of the minimalist options currently it is set to minimalist  default|off.

I want it to work like the default theme does in the demos http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/ 

 This shows the both the action bar and top bar on mobiles.

With regards to the background,  i've added the custom css but it spans across the whole width.

As we can see, Action Bar appears on mobile right now. However, there is no option, nor any other css workaround to make it same width as wrapper.
