Blog category page shows two posts sections and duplicated posts

Just starting out with Blogs. I have 3 posts, each belongs to one category only ie. for testing total 3 posts published each using a separate category. 

-on the Blog Home page http://www.sonal.co.uk/main/blog-home/ : I correctly see 3 posts only - no duplication. so this is working fine.

-on a category page http://www.sonal.co.uk/main/category/microsoft/  : I'm seeing 2 sections : at top all 3 posts are shown plus a second section which shows the single microsoft-category-linked page

-I see similar duplication on other category pages :  

http://www.sonal.co.uk/main/category/sage/  

http://www.sonal.co.uk/main/category/sage/sage-payroll/  

http://www.sonal.co.uk/main/category/sage/sage-50c-accounts/

I'm using MuffinBuilder for Blog Home page as well as for posts.

I just applied the following change: 

"In next step please go to Settings > Reading > Front page displays > A static page > Posts page, select page that you already create and click Save changes. "

now even the Blog Home page http://www.sonal.co.uk/main/blog-home/  shows the 2-sections duplication

Hi,

it's because you didn't set the Blog page right. Please take a look into documentation http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#blog where we explained how to set up Blog page properly.

P.S. The most important is that the BLOG page should be empty.
