Action Bar & Footer Not Showing on Home Page (shows on all other pages)

The Action Bar and Footer do not appear on the home page, however, they do appear on all other pages.  Please inform as to what the problem is and how to fix it.   You can see the issue at:

please make sure that you have selected "Homepage" template for this page becauase this could be the reason why you don't see footer and header on this page.

Where do I select the "Homepage" tempate?  

The only choices that show up on the homepage under "Page Attributes" are:

Default

Archives

Blank Page

Portfolio

Sitemap

Under Construction

Sorry. "Homepage" means "Default"

It is on the Default setting, and always has been.  So the problem lies elsewhere.

I have the same problem. Footer is not showing.

@zakufoster Check under Custom CSS section if you don't have any css responsible for footer removing.
