I need the shortcodes to create the content

how can achieve this.?  i cant find the shortcodes for various things..  like for square buttons..with roll effect..  or highlighted text.. etc.

is there any documentation or how do import the page from demo data ..  thanks i basicaly only need the page where the all the buttons  and shortcodes ar explained. Regards  cezo

or is there a document with the 200 shortcodes..?  please put a .doc with shortcode examples in the upcoming update..  because i have friends who also have the same problem.  and maybe  a  button with only edge colour and no inside colour. this would be nice. thanks
