If we may suggest something, please check /includes/ folder (this is place where all our custom post types are) and based on these files, you would be able to built own custom post including Muffin Builder.
I created a post type called products, now i want to use muffin builder in my new post type but there is no option to do right thing. for example in visual composer u can set what post type or who get permission to use it. so what I'm talking about is just "how can enable muffin builder in my custom post type" to use.

Anyway, like we wrote above, if you will check our post types included into /includes/ folder, you should be able to get the Muffin Builder (all our post types has Muffin Builder included and all necessary information are included into those files). However, if you don't know how to do this, you need to contact with your web developer. Please understand that we can not do any exceptions and give anyone files customization solutions because it is simply not allowed.
