NAN when trying to scale an image through muffin builder

Hi, if I try to use muffin builder's link to the media editor, I get NAN when scaling an image. I have included a screen shot. I cannot give access to my website, I would need the information on what to do myself. I've spent quite a bit of time trouble-shooting the code, including adding an "init' for loop to the image-editor.js but this did not work. 

It does this with all plugins disabled as well, betheme is fully updated, various trouble-shooting steps taken. The regular media editor link works, fine, it's when this link is used that the problem occurs: http://awebsite.somewebsitecom/wp-admin/post.php?post=54&action=edit

We checked this functionality very carefully with the latest version of BeTheme and installed plugins and we didn't noticed any issues, what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/wXc0uEQ8P.png

Because you faced with such weird issue, which we believe has nothing to do with the theme itself, we recommend the following steps:

1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.

2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).

3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff of server side.

Ug. Well, I tried reinstalling the theme manually (uploading the folder directly), again disabling all plugins, installing beta version of word press, but still the same error happens. 

What was wrong with this person's website? Perhaps it is something similar:

There are no console errors when this occurs. Unfortunately I don't have access to the server so I can't completely re-install wordpress itself. Yes this is dumb and causing problems but that's how it is. I'd have to get the server administrator to reinstall it.

Ok, this is the exact issue. It seems to be related to the URL used and the version of WP. It's a WP bug:

Ok, I've found the issue and resolved it. It was a Wordpress issue with image-edit. js.
